Connectivity as standard

The EV5 boasts a suite of connected features including OTA (Over-the-Air) updates and access to Kia Upgrades. The latest ccNC (Connected Car Navigation Cockpit) software ensures a seamless user experience with responsive displays and advanced graphics.

Remote Smart Parking Assist 2

When enabled, Remote Smart Parking Assist 2 can helps remotely park or exit a parking spot. It searches for parking spaces and automatically assists with steering, accelerating and decelerating using the vehicle's sensors.

Inside the vehicle, you can use the Parking View button to search for parking spaces and select the parking type. Once exiting the vehicle, you can activate the parking feature using the smart key from outside.

Battery & Charging

An 81.4kWh battery provides the EV5 with competitive EV range of up to 329 miles and fast charging capabilities. 10-80% charge can be achieved in around 30 minutes.

Performance

EV5 is powered by a 160kW motor powering the front wheels, delivering 214bhp. This ensures a comfortable mix of performance and efficiency.

Vehicle-to-load power

Plug in and power up, no adapter needed. Perfect for any adventure or emergency, the EV5 turns your SUV into a mobile power hub with a power socket in the boot.

E-GMP 400V platform

Shared with the Kia EV3 and EV4, the Kia EV5 is built on a 400V platform designed with space and efficiency in mind.
